You may find that email is an easier way to reach us if you are unable to call during business hours. We check emails frequently throughout the day as well, so we will respond as quickly as we can.
We know that sometimes, things happen – maybe you ordered the wrong thing on accident or your shipment was lost or damaged in transit, or the computer went crazy and hit the order button 5 times – it happens! Please reach out to us using the phone number or email link above as soon as possible so we can work together to find a quick solution!
We do not accept returns or offer refunds on our subscription boxes but will, of course, quickly resolve any issues with damaged or defective products. Simply let us know and we’ll be happy to help.
We can not refund pre-paid subscriptions but if you decide the Essentials Box is not for you, we are more than happy to ship it to someone else – simply change the shipping address in your account. You’ll make someone very happy!
In order to receive your box, place your order by the 5th. That gives us enough time to guarantee that we have enough product for everyone on our subscription list. Please email us if you have questions about this; we’ll be happy to clear up any confusion.
If you signed up for the monthly subscription, we will charge your card when we ship your box. Shipping is free. If you live in Texas, tax will be added to the price of your box. So you will see a $27.06 charge each month.
If a question comes up that is not addressed here, talk to us! We will respond to new questions as they arise. Our focus is always to share great products with our fantastic customers and resolve any issues quickly and with your satisfaction in mind.
We make it a point to remain in absolute compliance with all regulations related to sharing information about essential oils. We are not doctors, so if you ask a health related question, we will kindly suggest that you consult your physician. We are more than happy to share the scientific facts concerning essential oils but at no time do we make medical suggestions for you. Ask your doc!
Concerning any affiliate links, we will let you know if a link we post leads to a site for which we are an advertising affiliate. This means that if you purchase the item through our link, we will receive a very small percentage of the purchase price. The price of the product does not increase because it is an affiliate link.
